Chelsea are ramping up their interest in Fermin, and they hope to lure the player away from Catalunya, given Barcelona’s stacked midfield options. 運動員 has confirmed that the Blues have made contact with Fermin’s representatives to discuss a potential deal, however, they are yet to reach out to the Catalan giants with an official proposal.
