Grealish was approached by some City fans at Oasis’ concert at Heaton Park, where the seemingly drunken footballer said that he loves Man City. After falling out of favour under manager Pep Guardiola – who was also in attendance – in the 2024-25 campaign, the international has been linked with a move away from Manchester.

An emotional Grealish told the fans: “I love City more than anything! And do you know what I love more than anything? City fans! They’re the best fans in the world!”

The Cityzens are ready to take a huge loss on the England star, who joined the club for £100 million ($137m) from in 2021. A bid worth £40m ($55m) would reportedly be enough for the club to sanction a move.
